Jackson County 4-H Horse Council - Nonprofit group dedicated to 4-H Horse Members in Jackson County.  Their main fundraiser is the Rose City Horse Show Circuit.  Profits from their shows pay for Jackson County 4-H exhibitors Achievement and Fair. Information on their shows as well as other resources can be found on their website.
