7 More Host Families Needed for 4-H exchange with Japan!

Hello all!

Thank you to everyone who has helped  to recruit and interview host families for the 4-H Japanese Exchange in-bound program!  I am greatly appreciative of the time and energy that staff have given to this effort.  I wanted to let everyone know that as of today, we are still in need of additional host families for 7 male delegates (who are 12-14 years old).  We can match the remaining delegates with  Michigan families that have boys who are between the ages of 9 and 16.  We are getting uncomfortably close to the arrival of the delegates, and need to have the remaining 7 delegates matched with host families as soon as possible.

If you know of a 4-H family in your area that is willing to help out when we are in desperate need, please consider making a phone call and asking the family to consider this opportunity.  If you have been in contact with any families that have expressed interest, please let me know so that I am able to follow up with them at this time.

A flyer about the Japan inbound program, which includes pictures and profiles of the 7 remaining delegates is available for you and potential host families to view here: http://tinyurl.com/6ntzj43

Thank you again!  Hope to hear from you soon!
Brian
