The Awards Committee has some tips for filling out your forms:
- Fill out the forms completely.
- Do not change or add to the form in any way.
- Fill in the nomination form as if it were a college application or resume (i.e.: be professional, write neatly, use proper spelling, grammar and punctuation, etc).
- Return the form to your Administrative Leader in a timely manner. Remember: late or incomplete forms will not be accepted.
